Bokoharam kills husband, seven months after killing wife

A business man, Ajayi David was among about 10 other travellers said to have been killed yesterday by the dreaded Bokoharam insurgents along Adamawa-Maiduguri road.


It is even double tragedy for the family of Ajayi as his wife Mrs Ajayi Janet was said to have been killed in similar circumstances by Bokoharam insurgents about seven months ago while coming from the business trip to the north.


Our Correspondent gathered that Ajayi David , a popular trader in beans at Ayegbaju market, Oshogbo, Osun State was traveling to Maiduguri in company of about 10 other traders when the dare-devil insurgents waylaid and killed all of them.


The terrorist group reportedly dispossessed the traders of all their money and other valuables before killing them


The insurgent group since 2009 when it launched its militancy is said to have killed over 30,000 while millions of people have since been displaced.
