FATOBA MOURNS OSATOYINBO

Hon. Sola Fatoba, the candidate of the All Progressive Congress for Ekiti Central I Federal Constituency in next year`s general elections, has described the sudden death of Hon. Tope Osatoyinbo as shocking and a great loss to Ekiti State.


Late Hon Tope Osatoyinbo, former SSA (Social mobilization) during the first term of Governor Kayode Fayemi, was said to have suffered heart attack at midnight and was immediately rushed to the State Specialist Hospital where he gave up the ghost. 

Fatoba who described the passing away of Osatoyinbo as a big blow, said he has been a strong force behind the success of the party and its leadership and lamented that the death is devastating to the hierarchy of the party.

He said the situation is more pathetic in view of the fact that the deceased lost his wife recently after a brief illness.

Fatoba said he and his campaign organization mourn with the family and prayed that God will console and give them the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
