...Says "It's Victory For Democracy"
The election of Prince Dapo Abiodun MFR, the gubernatorial candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC in Ogun State, has been described as victory for democracy and a dawn of new era in Ogun politics.
In his congratulatory message to the governor-elect, frontline Ogun politician, former Commissioner for Commerce and Industry and Director, PMB support groups, Lagos aand Ogun States , Otunba Bimbo Ashiru stated that the outcome of the election was a manifestation of the wish of the people of Ogun State majority of which voted for the candidate of their choice who they believe is the best to move the State forward.
Expressing his delight, Ashiru reinstated his belief in the preparedness of governor-elect Abiodun as contained in his manifesto which will guide his administration to deliver dividends of democracy to residents and people of Ogun State.
While urging Abiodun to be magnanimous in victory, Ashiru also enjoined candidates of other political parties who contested the gubernatorial election in the State to put politics apart and join hands with Prince Abiodun in the task to deliver the set goals in all spheres of governance.
