Divorce cases are very rampant in the country today because many people rush into marriage without knowing conditions to be fulfilled in the institutions ,a Minister of God with the Gospel Faith Mission International (GOFAMINT),Pastor Johnson Alimi Adegboyega has observed.

Pastor Alimi made this observation in Ibadan recently during the marriage that took place between Miss Oluwatoyin Ogunrinde and Elder Mathew Adebayo at Glory Centre Annex one Assembly of the Church.
The Cleric noted that many spouses after ascertaining their economic potentials for marriage , ignored the need for using the word of God for their guidance and at the same time praying very faithfully before going into the institution.
These,he described as admission requirements just as those expected from students to possess before gaining admissions to higher institutions of learning.
Pastor Alimi emphasised that the institution was ordained by God warning that under no circumstance should it be desecrated by any member of the family.
"Each of the couple has their individual role to play.
Both should love each other as Jesus Christ loves the Church. The husband must provide for the family and he should not treat his wife as a domestic servant.
"Both should not keep malice with each other.Similarly,no secret should be kept for either because you have become one,you must trust each other to a fault,he added.
Pastor Alimi reminded women that most men regard food as very important adding that ,"wives should resist the temptation of denying their husband of sexual intercourse at when due because because it is the lubricant that keeps the couple together"
"Under no condition should the couple use abusive words for each other not to talk of beating each other. That is a barbaric action un -expected of children of God ,divorce is not allowed as well ,he stressed.
Pastor Solomon Oludele Babasola an Assistant District Pastor led the officiating Ministers who included Pastor Alimi Brother R.A.Sowole ,Eder Olusakin Babalola ,Deacon. I.Akinlami Deacon Olusegun Tojola and Mrs Dele Olunusi.
