The suspension of Adams Oshiomhole as the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has been affirmed by the Abuja Division of the Court of Appeal.
A three man panel led by Justice Mohammed Lamido dismissed Oshiomhole’s appeal for lacking in merit.
The court upheld the FCT High Court judgement on March 4 suspending Oshiomhole from office.
This development comes after the resignation of the embattled Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki from APC on Tuesday, after a meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari’s Chief Of Staff, Ibrahim Gambari
