Gunmen kill two in Ondo community

Gunmen suspected to be herders on Sunday attacked Okeluse community in Ose local government area of Ondo state.

Salient Times learnt that the town came under heavy attack around 9pm on Sunday.

Aborowa Oladimeji, the manager of a fuelling station in the town, was reportedly killed in the attack.

Video of his lifeless body was posted on Facebook.

One of his workers whose name was not disclosed was also killed by the gunmen.

The sales boy was also shot by the herdsmen, he was rushed to the hospital but gave up the ghost early this morning,” a witness said.
For the CEO of the filling station, he he was shot and he died on the spot. He was about leaving the filling station with his sales boy when the gunmen came.”

This is coming a few weeks after five persons were killed at Arimogija community in Ose LGA.
