An operative of the new Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) team of the Nigeria Police Force has been spotted going through a young man's phone.
The security operative carried out the act despite warnings from the Inspector-General of Police who stated that it is "unlawful" to do so.
Twitter user @OyalePeter who shared the video wrote;
New SWAT stopped us and started searching our phones. Thought this was meant to be over
