Foremost realtor and Chief Executive Officer of Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited, Dr Babatunde Adeyemo has added another feather to his cap as he was honoured with Ogun state's most influential realtor award of the year.
The award was presented to him during the Synergy Meritorious Award 2022 held in Abeokuta, Ogun State capital.
The organizer of the event while presenting the award to Dr Adeyemo said the giant strides, physical development, and the architectural masterpiece of the company coupled with its affordability and credibility strategies have attracted the organizers to bestow the honour in appreciation of the transformational impact it had brought to the real estate experience and economic growth in Ogun State and Nigeria at large.
Salient Times report that this is the 5th time Dr Adeyemo will be garnering laurels and more accolades this October alone following his novel and trailblazing approach to real estate practice in the Gateway State.
The award is also coming at a time his amiable wife clocks 40, the Pelican Valley CEO elected to dedicate the Award to her for creating and sustaining a healthy marital ambience at home, which he revealed, enabled him to stay focused with a mind success in the challenging real estate business.
The Pelican Valley CEO while speaking with newsmen appreciated the organiser for recognising Pelican Valley Nigeria Ltd and his modest self as the most influential realtor.
He recalled that he started the real estate business with a meagre capital of less than an N2.5million naira about 15 years ago but said the firm's estate boasts of property valued at over N1billion naira as of today while the estate is also reputed as the only one having full government approval for its layout.
According to him, a plot of land at Pelican Valley Estate which sold for N700k eight years ago now goes for a million today while a plot of land at Pelican Brief Estate which was sold for N780k less than two years ago is now going for N3.5million naira.
Adeyemo said the steady value appreciation for the landed property at Pelican Valley Estate is the result of innovation and ingenuity the firm keeps bringing quietly into the real estate business.
The estate guru and philanthropist has several years of experience in the real estate industry and has received several awards.
Dr Adeyemo told journalists that he dedicated the award to his lovely wife who clocked 40 years old today.
He said "this day is wonderful because it was the day an angel was missing in heaven. The sky cried and the earth was happy.
"When you are together with a wife that puts you first as part of her priority, it means you will find peace in your heart. She doesn't only put me first but always puts everyone first.
