Rat gets "high" after consuming cannabis seized by NDLEA (video)

An official of the Nigerian Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has shared a video of a rat high on cannabis.

Mr Femi Babafemi said the rat found its way into the exhibit room where cannabis is stored in one of the NDLEA Commands.

After consuming some of the cannabis, it began affecting the rat as seen in the video shared by Babafemi.

Babafemi said the rat's behaviour should be a warning to individuals who consume mind altering substances.
