Following his resignation from the Labour Party few days ago Hon Segun Williams has fomally met with the former governor of Ogun State, Aremo Olusegun Osoba and the Director -General of Dapo Abiodun campaign organisation, Prince Segun Adesegun.
Williams who also met with other leaders of APC in state promised his unalloyed support and commitment towards ensuring that Prince Dapo Abiodun emerges as Governor of Ogun State at the March 9 governorship election.
The House of Representatives member for Abeokuta South Federal constituency also met with leaders of APC from his constituency, and was given a rousing welcome by members of APC in his ward 2 area of Abeokuta south federal constituency and other party faithfuls in the Ogun central senatorial constituency of Ogun state
He said as a committed member of APC , he will ensure that he use all the resources God has blessed him with to work for the success of the Party at the polls.
"The Party is fielding one of the best individuals of this State as its governorship candidate, and as a committed Party man we must ensure that the Party triumph come March 9 elections.
He said "Ogun State is very lucky to have Dapo Abiodun and other eminent leaders in the Party, the Presidential and National Assembly elections was highly successful because of the faith people have on the leadership of APC, I therefore urged all residents of Ogun State to repeat same this Saturday so that the dividend of democracy may be fully enjoyed in the state.
